This is second time i am buying this same item from this seller. This time for a gift. The packaging is simple but it came without a dent 2 times. The pad itself works well. It is a great relief from cramps. The massage feature helps a lot. The massage is a bit noisy but it doesn't matter cos the pain will be gone.

Super item! I just started using it and the battery lasts for 4 hours of heating without massage. It really reduces pain to barely noticeable levels, and also reduces nausea. The sound during vibration is a low hum; in a public place where people communicate loudly, it cannot be heard under clothing.

It heats well, there is also vibration, although it's quite loud. It turned out to be a really good purchase; I haven't tried it with severe pain yet (no strong spasms so far), but with moderate pain it's very pleasant. And it heats so much that it can become quite hot.
